PGM Employees Attend the 2016 Rochester JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge
May 24, 2016
The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Series is a world-wide series
of 3.5-mile (5.6-km) running events open to groups of full-time employees from
organizations within the business and public sectors.
A crowd of 10,236 runners and walkers from 402 companies competed in the 26th annual Corporate Challenge. It was the 13th consecutive year the event was conducted on RIT's 3.5-mile course, after an initial 13-year run at Highland Park.
IACKids served as the Corporate Challenge's beneficiary partner for the first time. The JPMorgan Chase Foundation will be making a donation to this not-for-profit organization in celebration of all participants, and the donation will be used to provide financial support to families in Monroe County that are struggling with bills while their child is admitted to the Golisano Children's Hospital. These families have children suffering from pre-mature birth, cancer, heart disease and other significant diseases/disorders.
16 PGM employees attended the event at the Rochester Institute of
Technology (RIT) on May 24, 2016, at 7:00 PM. All completed the race and
enjoyed a picnic dinner at the PGM tent afterwards.
